Returns and Refunds
We take pride in offering only the highest quality beauty products and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations, we will refund the amount for unopened and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase.

Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about a product you have already received, to be eligible for a refund, the following rules must be followed:
- The item(s) must be unopened and contain original packaging, and
- The item(s) cannot have been used, it must be in its original condition. We do not accept returns if the product is visibly used (for example, lash has been taken off the tray), and
- The item(s) must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.
Once your order has been received by Lanii Beauty and the refund has been processed, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of Lanii Beauty receiving the goods.
Please not that a refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Returning Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the product. You will also be required to provide details of your order, the product and the defect. Lanii Beauty may also request photographic evidence of defects during this process. We will investigate the matter and if deemed defective, we will provide a refund or replacement of the item at our discretion.
Please also note that, all orders are manually quality inspected and photographed before dispatching. Any damage caused during shipping would not qualify for a refund or an exchange of items. Please note that a replacement of the item only applies for defective or faulty items at our discretion and are dependent on stock availability.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed for shipping.
